Technical support
Preparation of equipment order specification. Conducting technical meetings with companies that produce equipments, in order to find the most suitable one for the respective project. Preparation of technical documentation (drawings and bill of quantities) that will serve for launching a tender, in order to find the most suitable manufacturer/contractor for future equipment/construction.
Investment design and supervision
Preparation of investment projects that include all required parts to receive a building permit. Our company carries out supervision on the construction site, strictly following the construction process and the material used for it. Preparation of complete technical documentation (drawings, calculations, explanatory notes, bill of quantities, 3D models, visualizations, etc.). During the entire construction period, our engineers visit regularly the construction site. We hold regular meetings with the Client and the Contractor to clarify any issues that may arise, as well as to follow the current and the future stage of the construction.
Pre-project study
Preparation of a report, which main goal is to determine the economic expediency and effectiveness of the investment plan of the Client. Our company develops conceptual projects in several versions to find the most optimal in terms of price and quality. Our company researches the market and prepares reports to help establish precise goals for the future project.
Investors control
Based on our years of experience in the industrial design, our company performs investor control that includes monitoring the execution of the construction works and its accordance with the approved projects, bills of quantities and materials.
